Refund policy
Here at PoolRobots.com we believe you should love your robotic pool cleaner and not have to worry about pesky restocking fees. That is why we offer returns for 30 days from purchase date on all of our products. We also never charge a restocking fee. Ever. Our customers will only pay for return shipping. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to start a return, please contact us via our contact form or email us at help@poolrobots.com. Please make sure to put your order number in the message so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Return Instructions
With PoolRobots.com's 30-day return policy, there is no hidden fine print or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the product is in new condition.
- You can return any purchased product to us for a full 30 days from the purchase date.
- Returned products must be in the condition you received them in and also in the original box with all packaging.
- There is no restocking fee. You only pay for return shipping.
- Contact us or send an email to help@poolrobots.com to get a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) prior to the return.
- You can return any purchased product to us for a full 30 days from the purchase date.
- After your return is received by our warehouse and is inspected usually within 72 hours of receipt), your purchased price (not including shipping) will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your credit card account
