Q. Are you an authorized Maytronics or Aquabot dealer?
A. Yes! We are an authorized dealer of both Maytronics and Aquabot. All eligible new, open-box, and refurbished units include the manufacturer warranty coverage listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Q. If I am not satisfied with my unit, can I return it within the first 30 days?
A. Yes! We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Eligible units may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. We never charge restocking fees.
Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and shipping the unit back to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise stated on the product page or promotion. Customers may use the carrier or shipping service of their choice, including Pirate Ship, to purchase discounted return shipping labels.
Returned units must include all original accessories, power supplies, packaging, and components. For additional details and return instructions, please refer to our Returns Information page.
Q. Do your robots come with a warranty?
A. Yes! All eligible new, open-box, and refurbished robots we sell include manufacturer warranty coverage beginning on the date of delivery. Warranty length and coverage may vary by model and condition, so please refer to the product page for complete warranty details.
